SHIPPING

  • Enjoy complimentary domestic shipping within the USA for orders over $25, via USPS ground service (5+ business days). For urgent requirements, our overnight shipping option for orders placed before 2PM EST is available for an additional fee.

  • Don Morphy brings international flair right to your doorstep, offering worldwide shipping. All international orders are shipped through USPS, typically delivered within 6-10 business days. Can't find your country in our shipping options? Reach out to us at info@donmorphy.com and we'll promptly add it. Note: International shipping rates vary.

  • We proudly support our Armed Forces by providing shipping to military addresses. For more details, please contact us at info@donmorphy.com.

  • A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can track the progress of your order via the carrier’s website.

RETURNS

ONLINE

  • Our online purchases, including both ready-to-wear and custom items, are accompanied by a warranty. Ready-to-wear products, unaltered and in their new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us at info@donmorphy.com to initiate a return. Custom orders, crafted to your unique measurements, are not eligible for returns but can be adjusted if necessary.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received, typically processed within 2-10 days depending on your payment method.

IN-STORE

  • Custom: Our custom-tailored garments are crafted specifically for each client and are non-refundable. If you're not fully satisfied with your custom piece, we're committed to adjusting it until it meets your expectations.

  • Ready-to-wear: Full refunds are available for unaltered ready-to-wear products returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging, accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days. Please note that altered ready-to-wear items are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES

  • For both online and in-store purchases, we welcome exchanges for any other available ready-to-wear product. Email us at info@donmorphy.com for assistance with your exchange. Free return shipping is available for all domestic U.S. orders. For international exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
